You've got Talent was founded with a deeply personal purpose. Inspired by her mum, Jenny, and the simple words she left behind, "Go for it", Anita took the leap and has built something of her own. 

With more than two decades of talent and recruitment experience across multiple industries, Anita Nichols, founder of You’ve Got Talent, describes herself as a Talent Conversationalist.

Connection is her craft, and her best work usually begins the same way - over coffee and a great conversation.

Because recruitment should never feel transactional.
